Elva Joyce Cameron, 86, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at her family’s home.
She was a member of the Valley View Baptist Church, where she was very active in the Storehouse Ministry. She volunteered as a “Gray Lady” for 25+ years at the American Red Cross.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Cameron; parents, Howard Croswell and Ruby Mueller; and sisters, Edith Croswell and Ruby Stowell.
She is survived by her children, Larry Cameron of St. Cloud, MN, Wendy Brown and husband, Andrew, and April Cameron, all of Cleveland; six grandchildren, Rachel Cameron, Taylor Hutson, Kyndall Hutson, Emma Brown, Lydia Brown and Patrick Brown; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 29, in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Judson Kirkpatrick officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
