Menlo Park Community Back-To-School Bash; Free School Supplies And More

There will be a Back-to-School Bash in the Menlo Park Community in the Brainerd area of Chattanooga on Saturday, Aug. 6 from 10 a.m.-noon at Greater Emmanuel Church, 400 Tunnel Blvd. and everyone is invited to attend. 

"Education is important.  Having the right supplies contributes to the start of a strong foundation for a good academic year.   This outreach event is designed the help school age children, grades Kindergarten through 12th, obtain the supplies they need to be successful in school.

 Free school supplies and food will be given away while supplies last," organizers said.

Water rides, free haircuts, free nails, face painting, backpack giveaways, bounce houses, and other entertainment will be provided.
