The startup teams of GIGTANK 365’s 2016 summer cohort will pitch their startups to investors, media, and members of the general public at the GIGTANK 365 Pitch Night next Wednesday at the Edney Innovation Center, Floor 5, 1100 Market St.
The schedule will be as follows: networking from 5:30- 6 p.m., pitches begin at 6:15 p.m., product demos and networking will begin at 7:15 p.m.
Participants, who hail from cities across the Southeast and other locations across the country, will present ideas in 3D printing, virtual reality, telehealth, and more.
The event marks the culmination of the summer program and will feature product displays and demonstrations during the networking hour.
"Hosted by The Company Lab (CO.LAB), GIGTANK is a boutique startup accelerator that attracts world-class talent to Chattanooga each summer to launch next-generation businesses. The entrepreneurs of GIGTANK 365’s summer cohort have spent the last two months preparing 3D printing, telehealth and virtual reality startups to go to market," officials said.
Featured guests will include GIGTANK 365 startup teams, specialists, mentors, and partners. Other attendees will include investors and supporters of the local startup community.
"GIGTANK 365 Pitch Night is an opportunity for the public to connect with the startup teams and specialists of Summer 2016 and to learn about the companies they have been accelerating in Chattanooga," officials said.
