Smit Patel said he wants to bring the micro brewery with accompanying restaurant to Cleveland, Tn.

He first must gain approval from the Cleveland City Council. The city currently has no mechanism for allowing breweries within the city limit.

Mr. Patel noted that Chattanooga has long had such operations.

He said Dayton, Tn., has one called Monkey Town.

City Attorney John Kimball said he will study ordinances from other cities on the topic..
