Fay Richardson
Fay Kominczak Richardson, 75, of Chattanooga, quietly died on Monday, June 6, 2016 in her sleep.
A resident of Chattanooga since 1971, Mrs. Richardson was a loving caregiver for the elderly and had kept children in her home for many years.
She was an active member of Fellowship Baptist Church and also a member of Eastgate Senior Activity Center.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Louis Kominczak; her parents and two brothers.
Survivors are her husband of 19 years, James Everette Richardson; six daughters, Sheila White (Randy Green) and Brenda (Bobby) Everett, all of Chattanooga; Lisa Richardson and Janet (Jimmy) Cronnon, both of Rossville, Kristi (Kevin) Taylor, Princeton, Iowa and Donna (Bruce) Schielack, Lagrange, TX; two sons, Joe (Rebecca) Kominczak, Panama City, FL and James Lee Johnson, GA; two sisters, Maudie Sanders, Albertville, AL and Edna Hardin, LaGrange, GA; brother, Junior (JoAnn) Johnson, Boaz, AL; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 9, at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Ron Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East with her grandsons serving as pallbearers.
