Tickets To Tivoli, Memorial Auditorium Shows To Be Available On Ticketmaster; Also At Tivoli Window

  • Thursday, May 5, 2016

The Tivoli Foundation announced a new partnership with Ticketmaster as the official ticketing provider of the three venues under the Foundation: the Tivoli Theatre, Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium, and the Walker Theatre. Officials said Ticketmaster "is the nation’s foremost online ticketing service and will deliver an improved user experience by providing repeat ticket buyers with a personal account for managing ticket purchases and allowing customers to select their seats using an interactive seating map for each venue."

"In my experience, Ticketmaster has proven to be a great asset for many venues and their patrons. I’m confident the Chattanooga community will see the benefits for all of the upcoming events at the Tivoli, Memorial Auditorium, and Walker Theatre,” said Dave Holscher, general manager of the three venues.  “We’re also excited to begin selling tickets at the Tivoli Theatre box office beginning May 9 (10 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday through Friday) to better serve the patrons with a more convenient location during their work day or leisure visit downtown."

The system also provides an enhanced mobile experience, including an optimized mobile website and free app available to Android and iPhone users. Ticket buyers will also have the option to select ticket delivery directly to their mobile devices allowing them to bypass will-call lines, and save on print costs and paper waste, it was stated.

Beginning May 13, tickets to select shows will be available on www.Ticketmaster.com. Tickets to all events presented at the Tivoli, Soldiers and Sailors, and Walker will still be available at the Tivoli Theatre box office, by phone during business hours, and on TivoliChattanooga.com.

In addition to the new ticketing provider, the Tivoli Theatre Foundation launched a new website to replace ChattanoogaOnstage.com. TivoliChattanooga.com is now live and will serve as the digital home of The Tivoli Theatre, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium, and the Walker Theatre.
