Butler Dean Pardue
Butler Dean Pardue, 74, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, died on Sunday, May 29, 2016, surrounded by his family.
He was a member of the North Hamilton Church of Christ. Butler was a United States Army veteran. He was an avid sports fan who loved his Braves and his Tennessee Vols; he also loved bluegrass and loved to sing. Butler loved to be around family and friends and loved to make them laugh. He was always happy and he will be sadly missed.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Eustice Pardue; his father, Paul Pardue; his mother, Frances Pardue and a sister, Carol Sue Pardue.
He is survived by his wife, Glenna Pennick Pardue; daughter, Melisa (Chris) Beavers; granddaughters, Mollie, Maddie Claire Beavers; sisters, Janice Pardue and Alma (Don) Sala; brothers, Edgar (Georgia) Pardue, Jim (Louise) Pardue; brothers-in-law, Horace (Liz) Eustice, Morris (Sheila) Eustice and sisters-in-law, Betty (Fred) Doss, Judy (Cecil) Morgan and several nieces and nephews.
The service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Minister Bill Greer officiating. Burial will follow in Presbyterian Cemetery with military honors.
Visitation is from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday and after 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home.
