Betty Williams
Betty Guice Williams, 76, of Rossville, Georgia, died on May 25, 2016.
She was a resident of Chattanooga for most of her life and was of the Baptist faith. Betty will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Thaxton.
She is survived by her children, Maria (Jimmy) Pearson, of Lima OH., Tina Besserman, of Lima OH., Richard (Brenda) Williams, of Rossville, Ga., Malinda (David) Green, of Lima, OH.; sister, Mary (Bobby) Browner, of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Joseph (Barbara) Thaxton, Kris Kresser, Hope Williams; several great grandchildren; and Nephew Steven (Marge) Langston.
Memorial visitation will be held from 12-6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, in the parlor of Wilson Funeral Home.
Arrangements are by W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
