Ralph L. Hayes, 74, of Chatsworth, Georgia, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Hayes; and daughter, Penelope Knapp.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by his wife, Linda S. Hayes; daughters, Treza Ann Hayes of Ottowa, KS and Kim Frazer of Brule, NE; sons, Rick Hayes of Grover, CO, James Hayes of Greely, CO, Linston Hayes and Joseph Hayes, both of Chatsworth; mother, Reva Hayes of Price, UT; sisters, Jerey Barnett of Price, UT, Gloria Smith of Wellington, UT, Pamela Martin of Price, UT and Iona Malone of Dalton, GA; step-sons, James Howard Gann and John Jacob Gann; grandchildren, Monica Hayes, Melissa Hayes, Amanda Hayes, Cassie Hayes, Aaron Hayes, Dusty Hates, Christopher Hayes, Andrea Hayes, Mikaela Hayes, Ronnie Knapp, Kara Murray, Angel Hayes, Jessica Hayes, Katie Murray, Christopher Murray and Summer Murray; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Brenden, Jackson and Samuel Onstatt, Hayden L., Koen Lee, Conner, Naomi, Sarah, Reggie, Colton, Riley, Karlie and Kenzie Hayes; and nieces and nephews, Bonnie White, Mike White, Pam Malone, Jack Malone and Joe Malone.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 24, at 1 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Case officiating.
