John R. Rouser, CSA, with Assisted Living Locators, serving Chattanooga and North Georgia, has completed a comprehensive exam and course through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and has earned the certification of certified senior advisor. The CSA means that seniors and their families now have a resource they can rely on to meet their needs, said officials.
As a certified senior advisor, Mr. Rouser has received the education and training to better serve senior clients, said officials.
Mr. Rouser is required to participate in continuing education to ensure he is educated on the changes and updates that affect the senior care industry.
