  • Friday, May 13, 2016

The sixth annual EMS Week Bass Tournament is set for Monday at the Chester Frost Park Boat.

Emergency medical technicians, paramedics, firefighters and police officers throughout the Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina area will join forces to support the Paramedic Scholarship Program and a local charity, The Forgotten Child Fund, to fish the Chickamauga Lake in search of the “biggest fish” and overall weight of their five best fish.

Blast off will be at 7:30 a.m. If that is too early, weigh in will be 4 p.m.

Currently, there are 86 emergency service personnel (43 boats) registered.
