PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on a resolution authorizing the issuance of
a special exception permit for the Midvale Highlands Planned Unit Development, which will be
accessed by a road from 1924 Ashmore Avenue (parcels 126-5-F-013, 014, and 015).
