John Spetz joined RE/MAX Properties at the end of February as the newest member of its sales team. Mr. Spetz brings to the office over 12 years of experience in real estate.
Mr. Spetz is originally from Michigan and moved to Chattanooga in 1978. He received a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science from UTC. He is a retired teacher and wrestling coach.
He really enjoys providing service in his real estate career and stated: “It’s a time of their life when they experience lots of anxiety as this is the biggest purchase of their life. I help them navigate the process while buying their new home.” Mr.
Spetz is working with his granddaughter, Samantha, who assists him with staying organized and up to date with technology.
He is looking forward to working at RE/MAX Properties and stated that there is a real “team” spirit at the office. Mr. Spetz said, “Providing Chattanooga homebuyers and sellers with the opportunities the RE/MAX brand has to offer, as well as its abundant resources, is a huge benefit for them.”
