William “Pee Wee“ Clarence Bingham, 82, of Decatur, Tennessee, died on Friday, February 12, 2016 at his residence.

He was a member of Victory House of Prayer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Jackson and Sarah Elizabeth (Oney) Bingham; three brothers; and nine sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Stella (Umphrey) Bingham of Decatur; one son, John Stephen Bingham of Riceville; three daughters, Betty Rae Bingham Crisp of Niota, Lora Lynn Ark-Matheny of Athens and Sharon Rose Bingham of Cleveland; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16 in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Landon Hardin and Rev. Jim Cross officiating. Burial will in the Edgemon Cemetery with the Rev. John Crisp officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 15, at the Bowers Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
