Jack Riggins
Jack C. Riggins, 69, of Rossville, Georgia passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016.
He was of the Church of God faith and was a graduate of Brainerd High School. He was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a recipient of the purple heart. Jack was retired from Coca Cola.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Riggins; three sons, Craig Riggins of Chattanooga, Carl Riggins of West Union, OH and Chris Riggins of Nashville; five grandchildren, Ian Gabriel, Jacob, Cole, Jackson and Luke; one great-grandchild, Ashton; siblings, Bill, Betty, Donald, Ralph and Fay; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 12, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
The family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge.
