The historic W. Frank Hutcheson residence on Missionary Ridge will be auctioned on Dec. 15 at 6 p.m.

This impressive home was designed by noted architect Samuel Patton in 1894.

The current owners of the property have decided to downsize and sell everything for health reasons.

The property being sold at auction includes the main residence, the carriage house, five additional vacant lots and English antique furniture. There is a 10 percent buyer’s premium.
