Larry Hoyt Horn, of Harrison, Tennessee, died on October 27, 2016.
Larry was born in Corinth, Ms., on December 27,1938, and graduated from Corinth High School and Mississippi State University.
He was a member of Harrison United Methodist Church where he has served in many areas since 1998.He was blessed to have many friends in his church.
Larry retired from Central Soya where he spent 31 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt and Edith Horn and his wife of 43 years, Betty Jo McClamroch.
He is survived by his son Bryan H. Horn, and his daughter, Holly S. Hardeman (Kelly), Grandchildren Jacob “Jake” Horn, Samuel Horn, Bailey Hardeman, and Joey Hardeman, Brother, Ralph Horn (Pat), and sister, Margaret A. Horn (Bobbe), sister in-laws, Nelda Marr and Bernice McClamroch, and special nieces and nephews.
He had many special friends, Terry and Glenda Parks, Pat and Nancy Neuhoff, Mike and Deb Royal, Shirley and Jerry James, Jim Gay, and many others.
In lieu of flowers, Larry requests that in his remembrance that donations be made to HUMC. 5681 Hwy 58 , P.O. Box 237, Harrison, TN 37341.
A memorial service will be held at Harrison United Methodist Church on Nov. 5, at 10 a.m., with Reverend Charles Ensminger officiating.
