Atlantic Capital Bank, Formerly FSG Bank, Moves Home Office To Warehouse Row; Downtown Bank Building Sold to Playcore

  • Friday, October 28, 2016

Atlantic Capital Bank, NA announced Friday that it has sold the current home office at 531 Broad St. to Harbert Realty of Birmingham, for $5,375,000. The bank’s new home office signals the start of a brand transition from the FSG Bank name, currently found in its eastern Tennessee and northwest Georgia markets.

Atlantic Capital will occupy the third floor of Warehouse Row, a commercial space known for its modern look as well as businesses, retail shops and restaurants. The half mile move south is scheduled for Feb. 13, 2017.

“Warehouse Row is a great example of Chattanooga’s commercial revitalization efforts," said Atlantic Capital President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Kramer.  "We’ve been privileged to play a role in that process and look forward to building on that as Atlantic Capital."

Playcore plans to move its headquarters from Fourth and Chestnut to the bank building.

The bank will be leasing space from Playcore until the February move.
