Kenneth Ray McKinney, 76, of Soddy Daisy died on Monday, October 17, 2016 in an area hospital.
Mr. McKinney was a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of East Daisy Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mona Ruth McKinney; parents; several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his sons, Arlen McKinney of Soddy-Daisy and Richard (Judy) McKinney of Murfreesboro; step daughter, Kari Doss of Chattanooga; step son, Bart Doss of Georgia; brothers, Creed McKinney of Richmond, VA and Owen McKinney of Jackson, TN; sisters, Betty Chester of Dayton and Nora King of Sale Creek; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
