Terminal Brewery, Other Sliger Properties, To Be Sold At Auction

The Terminal Brewery on South Market Street will be among the properties owned by the late Joe Sliger to be sold at auction.

Mr. Sliger, who died in 2012 at the age of 64, restored a number of historic buildings, including the former hotel next to the Chattanooga Choo Choo.

It was converted as the Terminal Brewery.

The auction by John Dixon and Associates will be Feb. 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Mountain City Club.
