Building, Parking Deck At 522 Chestnut Street Bought By Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union

A building and parking deck at 522 Chestnut St. that were once owned by developer Franklin Haney have been bought by Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union.

The sale of the building from Sixth Street Limited Partnership was for $2,650,000.

It was built about 1980 with 20,450 square feet of space.

The sale of the parking deck from Republic Parking was for $930,000.

The total land area is 125x236 feet irregular. 

The administrative offices will be at the new location and customer service will remain on Market Street.
