Amy L. Morrison, 90, of Signal Mountain, died on Thursday, September 3, 2015.

Mrs. Morrison was a native of Chattanooga, born on March 23, 1925, to parents, Sparks H. and Lorina (Lockhart) Neal. She served in pastoral ministry, alongside her husband, Harley for over 63 years. She was a member of Signal Mountain Church of God.

Amy was preceded in death by Rev. Harley Morrison, her husband of 65 years; son, Joe Morrison ; brothers, James, Raymond, Bill, Frankie, and Freddie Neal; and sister, Almeda Chadwick. She will be greatly missed by those who survive her, including her sons, William H. Morrison (Linda) of Soddy Daisy, and Jimmy Morrison ( Linda) of South Pittsburg; daughter-in-law, Melva Morrison; sisters, Nancy Hicks and Faye Green; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; and extended family, Betty and Johnny Harrison.

The family would like to express special thanks to Barbara Campbell for being such a special caregiver to our parents for over six years.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Sept. 5, from 4-8 p.m. and on Sunday, from 1-3 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace.

Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6, with Reverend Paul Massey, Reverend Julian Robinson, and Reverend Glen Key officiating. Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
