2 Arrested In East Ridge On Vehicular Burglary Charges

East Ridge Police responded to numerous vehicle burglaries on Monday in the area of Spriggs Street and Lazard Street.

Later, police received information on a possible stolen motorcycle at an address on Dupont Street.

While speaking to a juvenile suspect, he confessed to the vehicle burglaries that had occurred and showed officers the stolen property.

He was taken into custody on multiple counts of vehicular burglary and thefts of property.

The juvenile, a 17-year-old, will not be identified at this time.

Two adults, April Poole and Chad Deanacelli, were taken into custody on outstanding warrants from Hamilton County, and Catoosa County, respectively. The total stolen property value, including the motorcycle, is about $10,000.

Police will be notifying the victims to return their property as soon as possible.
