Mariya Tkhorik
Mariya Tkhorik, 42, of McDonald, Tennessee, lost her life on Thursday, August 27, 2015 in a tragic accident.
She worked as a CNA at Consulate Health Care. She was a member of Omega Center International, and was active in Dwelling Place Church International.
She is survivored by her husband, Igor Tkhorik, parents, Bill and Helen Kusmiy, sisters, Svetlana Servellon, Natalya Kusmiy-Sanders, daughters, Tanya (Daris) Pavlino, Tavita (Ashton) Adair, and her beloved son, Joshua Tkhorik.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 5, at 2 p.m. at Omega Center International, 410 Urbane Road, NE Cleveland, Tn. 37312.
The family requests that friends wear something purple to the service.
