Sheriff Hammond Is Right On The Muslim Threat - And Response (6)

  • Monday, August 31, 2015

Sheriff Hammond is exactly correct on the Muslims in Tennessee.  He sees with clear eyes the problem with the Muslims in our state and country.

They do want to take over Tennessee.  Our politicians are selling us down the river and allowing the trouble makers to dig in like tics and suck out the life's blood of our Constitution and take us over.

They want to put their Sharia law into effect and steal our land and our way of life.  I've seen it again and again and have watched our local politicians let them buy the zoning that is required for them to build mosques all over the place where they teach jihad and terrorism.

Most people here don't even know what Sharia laws are.  Google it and you will see it supports the atrocities committed against women and Christians.

Thank you, Sheriff Hammond, for speaking up about this as most citizens don't have a clue what these Muslims are planning on doing until it is too late and more people are murdered.  They need to be stopped dead in their tracks and not allowed in our country at all.

They are destroying our country from within and, with Obama in office, it's all but a certainty that they will succeed.

Tennessee and the rest of America, wake up or we will not have a country or Christianity. They will lie in wait and at the right time they will emerge and will try to destroy us and finish the job.

They need to be deported and made to leave. Shutter their mosques, round them up, arrest them, make them leave, because if we don't we may not live to regret it.

Sherriff Hammond sends us all a message to be wary.  The Muslim radical is around us.  Maybe true.  Certainly I am on the lookout for what exactly?  I have to ask Susan Nichols one question as I have heard this comment before and added to the comment, is the one that our president is a Muslim and secretly putting forth messages that suggest Sharia laws are already in place.  My question to Susan is how would three Muslims or 3,000 Muslims in Chattanooga initiate Sharia Law for all the citizens?

Now, I have heard that Dearborn, Mi. has a large Muslim population.  So does Great Britain and so does France.  Have any of those countries been influenced by Muslims carrying the message for Sharia Law?  The answer is no.

Even large Muslim populations do not practice Sharia. Yes, some of the radical groups, ISIL is one, do, but at the threat of death of head lopped?  Please, messages like this are so patently false and not even me, with these few words, can change a person's mind.

Sheriff Hammond is sending a message that law enforcement isn't stupid. They know what’s going on. They also know that the U.S. Congress weakened our nation’s public servants’ ability to be able to keep us safe when Congress took away the NSA tools.

Since 9/11, the anniversary being next week, there were as many as 53 potential terrorist attacks thwarted in New York City through the cooperative efforts of our intelligence and law enforcement communities. We were able to sleep better before January 2015. In light of the potential terrorist attacks being planned against social institutions within the U.S., we have to be vigilant in the face of the loss of the NSA being able to protect us.

As with any group of people, there may be good and bad among Muslims. Without the “good” Muslims protesting the actions of the “bad” Muslims there is no way to draw a distinction between these purported groups of people.

The late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. presented an important concept during one of his presentations. He stated that: "He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it."

People need to decide whether they are good or bad and then act accordingly. Beware of the false utopia that everything is okay, because it is not. We better embrace the presence of good people and openly reject those who are bad and evil or we will suffer the harsh reality of terrorism.

So, instead of the Muslim community protesting the “words of caution” by an elected official, they need to be behind the elected official and cause these cowards, who are hiding under the religion of Islam, be exposed and captured. The alternative is to be identified as a radical or sympathizer. Personally, I don’t see the difference.

United States of America has always welcomed people of various ethnic and religious beliefs.  Usually people who come here are proud to be Americans except Muslims who want to establish Islamic law and their own social order.  Their loyalties are often split which many Americans have begun to notice.  Whenever someone speaks the truth about Muslims they are labeled Islamophobic and bigots.  The truth is that Muslims themselves are Christophobic and bigot.  Christianity is the greatest danger to Islam.

Sheriff  Jim Hammond is honest and unafraid when he expressed his thoughts “Keep eye on Islamic activity.”  He is sheriff of all the people of Hamilton County.  It is his duty to protect everybody, regardless of their race or religion.  The recent attacks on servicemen in our community  has brought this concern to the forefront.  His comparison of Islam to communism is an astute observation.  Islam is a social order that tries to override the American values and way of life.

Sheriff Hammond’s remarks as a law officer are very appropriate to warn the public to watch for those who can be dangerous to their freedom and safety.

Mr. Hammond's job is to keep peace, not to sow the seeds of panic and intolerance.  Using his position to disseminate his dangerously irresponsible speculations oversteps his purview as sheriff, and is a misuse, if not an outright abuse, of his power.

“Mr Hammonds’s job is to keep the peace.”  It wasn’t a Latter Day Saint that shot up the recruiting center and killed five innocent servicemen.  Who sowed the seeds of panic and intolerance?  To keep the peace you have to speculate the possibility of another attack and where it will come from. It would be irresponsible not to do so.  Recent events prove that the next attack will probably be another radical Muslim. You don’t abuse your resources to protect the public by misusing them.

Mr. Ingraham…please take note that Sheriff Hammond’s job is not to keep peace.  I have included a generalized job description of a sheriff for your education.  Please pay particular attention to where it states, "May conduct public information sessions on law enforcement matters”.

Admittedly, I have never been a fan of Sheriff Hammond.  However, he has a right and an obligation to inform the citizenry of Hamilton County against possible threats to public safety.

General Job Duties of a Sheriff:
Supervises a force of deputies and other employees of the sheriff's department
Enforces the law on a county level
Oversees the distribution of funds for undercover operations
Acts as the county jail's warden; accountable for the custody and care of prisoners
Supervises operations of the county jail
When county courts are in session, acts as chief security officer
Review, as necessary, evidence, daily patrol activity logs, information on division activities, investigations, effectiveness of procedures, efficiency of subordinates, etc.
Perform training sessions at police academy or other training facility
Take field command in emergency situations
Take disciplinary action for employees when necessary
May conduct public information sessions on law enforcement matters
Assists with personnel problems within division
Develops procedures and guidelines for officers based on legal material and law enforcement experience
Firearms training and operational preparedness
Prepares budget
Makes requests for services and equipment, justifies purchases as needed
