The 17th Annual “Pat’s Heavenly Jubilee” Set For This Weekend

The 17th Annual “Pat’s Heavenly Jubilee” will be taking place at the Walker County Civic Center, 10052 N Hwy. 27 in Rock Spring, Ga. this Thursday through Saturday.  Each day, from 10 a.m.-10 p.m, local and visiting Christian and Gospel singers will showcase 3 of their best songs.  Over 150 artist will be appearing over the 3 days of this long running and popular annual event.

This event is hosted by Miss Pat Hookey, who has been singing Gospel music for over 50 years and has appeared on stage with the Oak Ridge Boys, Big Ed Crawford, The Blackwood Brothers and many others.

Ms.
Hookey has had television shows on WFLI (Channel 53) and UCTV (Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga.) featuring Gospel music and has been involved with local weekly Gospel singings for many years.  She currently host the “Heavenly Jubilee” singings every Saturday morning at the Big Biscuit Barn in Rossville, Ga.

"We invite the public to join with us Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Walker County Civic Center for some wonderful Christian singing and fellowship.  You can meet with and mingle with all of your favorite singers.  The kitchen will be open for sandwiches and snacks with the proceeds going to the outreach mission of the Carpenter’s Church of Rossville," organizers said.
