Infant Khloeigh Sue Michelle Ratliff died on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at Floyd Medical Center.
She is survived by her parents, Autumn Leigh McGraw and Michael Len Ratliff, Jr.; and grandparents, Mike McGraw, Regina and Len Ratliff, and Eva.
Graveside and interment services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 30, at the Silver Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend John McGraw officiating.
