TCSW Fall Conference To Take Place Oct. 30

The Southeast Regional Tennessee Conference on Social Welfare will be holding its annual Fall Conference on Oct. 30 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 8645 E. Brainerd Road.

This year’s theme is Keeping the Human In Human Services.  The keynote speaker will be Judge Steve Hornsby and the luncheon keynote speaker will be Russell Cliché.

The conference includes breakout sessions on topics such as Teambuilding in the Workplace, Maintaining Boundaries, Keeping Active in the Workplace, Homeless Services Panel, Emergency Preparedness:  Response, Recovery,  and more.

 There will be something for everyone. Continuing Education Hours and Contact Hours will be available, including 2-3 hours in Ethics.
