Memorial Home Health has changed its names to CHI Memorial Health at Home. As part of the CHI Memorial family, this alignment will create a stronger, more unified structure to care for patients and build healthier communities throughout the state of Tennessee, said officials.
“We are excited to align with our local partner, CHI Memorial , as we continue to build healthy communities, offer the full continuum of care to every patient we serve, and provide care the way a loving family member would,” said Dan Dietz, president and CEO of CHI Health at Home.
CHI Memorial Health at Home, serving all of southeastern Tennessee, is at 1949 Gunbarrel Road, Suite 250.
