Southern country-crossover band Moccasin Creek, the newest addition to the artist roster at Average Joes Entertainment, will appear in Chattanooga on Saturday, Sept. 12, for the Chattanooga Strong Memorial Benefit Bass Tournament.

The band, whose new single, “Low Life,” was released on iTunes in March, have come together to help the families who lost loved ones during the July 16 tragedy in Chattanooga.

The entry fee is $100 per boat with a $5 plate lunch served after the tournament. All proceeds will benefit the families of the five fallen servicemen.

Music will begin after the weigh in and raffle. Tickets and additional information is available at http://noogastrong.fish/

Review for Moccasin Creek:

Their infectious new southern sound has invaded the stereos of thousands of fans.  With real-life lyrics and driving guitar hooks, the record’s debut single “Dixie Fried” struck a chord with the hard working Americans, propelling the band into underground icon status. Moccasin Creek hits the road hard, playing everywhere from music festivals to dive bars. Penned by lead singer, Jeff McCool, “Low Life” describes being happy even though others may look down upon you --  a relatable sentiment in society today. Originally from Florida and now living in Tennessee, the band’s debut CD will be released later this year.
