JEPCO Warehouses Near Amnicola Highway Sold By Joe Proctor For $18 Million

Businessman Joseph E. Proctor has sold two large warehouse properties off Amnicola Highway for a total of $18 million.

He sold his JEPCO Warehouse at 1800 Crutchfield St. for $8,066,038.

Another huge JEPCO Warehouse at 1100 Wisdom Street was sold for $9,933,962.

The sale was to United Equities Corp.

The Crutchfield Street property includes two large warehouses with a total of 306,298 square feet on 33.4 acres. The warehouses were constructed in 2002.

The Wisdom Street property includes 345,000 square feet of warehouse space on 21 acres.

The warehouse was built in 1998.
