"Ms. Groves has been a leader in the home building and remodeling industry for 15 years serving as executive officer of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga for 11 years," officials said.
The Chattanooga native holds a B. S. degree in accounting and worked in the residential construction department of a local bank building a solid understanding of residential home financing from both the perspective of the home buyer and the residential builder. An active community leader, Ms. Groves has served on both boards and committees of Choose Chattanooga, Partnership for Families, Children and Adults and the Hamilton County Tornado Relief Effort.
