Remington Industries Brings 89 Jobs To Chattanooga

RemSourceUSA, Inc., an automotive accessory manufacturer, adds 89 jobs in the Chattanooga area with an investment of more than $4 million.

RemsourceUSA, Inc., an affiliated company of Remington Industries, Inc. and Remington Global Inc., will manufacture injection molded plastic parts and compound rubber parts from a 63,000 square foot facility in Mountain View Industrial Park in Ooltewah. 

“Chattanooga offers excellent infrastructure, a competent workforce and a strategic location that allows us to be the envy of our competition offering products made in the USA,” said Tim Parkes, chairman and CEO of Remington Industries.
“For the North American market, Chattanooga is the ultimate logistical location to optimally support our customers’ ever-changing needs.”

Based in the Chattanooga and Southeast Tennessee area for nearly 35 years, the Remington Group oversees five major brands and three operating companies as a global consumer products operation with distribution in more than 17 countries and manufacturing capabilities in North America and Asia.

EPB, TVA, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and the City of Chattanooga assisted in pulling together incentives for this expansion.
