Ruby Hazel Lowe, 95, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015 in a local hospital.
She was born on Jan. 7, 1920 in Hiwassee, NC, to the late Wesley and Ella Beaver; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Wade Lowe; her son, David “Digger” Lowe; and her daughter, Mary Ann Richeson.
She was a member of the Four Point Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Jerry Lowe and his wife Linda, Jackie Lowe and his wife Patricia, Dan Lowe, Clifford Lowe and his wife Bobbie, Peggy Odom and her husband David and Betty Graham; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 3 at the Wildwood Ave. Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Ray Cheatham officiating. The interment will follow in the Hilcrest cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday, Aug. 3 from 12-3 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
