America is absolutely furious! By 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon there were 36,000 people who had petitioned the White House to extradite Walter Palmer, who is today the most despised man in all of North America. On the Yelp.com website, that promotes his dentistry business in Eden Prairie, Minn, over 6,000 had posted violent, vulgar and vicious notes and, for the record, 60 of them came up on a search for “bag of garbage.”

Palmer, who fancies himself as a big game hunter, is accused of luring one of Zimbabwe’s most beloved lions out of a protected wildlife sanctuary and shooting “Cecil” with a bow and arrow.

The next day – June 1 -- they tracked the badly-wounded 13-year-old lion and 40 hours later killed the big cat before decapitating and skinning the “King of the Jungle.”

As the story exploded, it was learned that Palmer pleaded guilty in 2008 for lying to federal wildlife officials about a black bear that he killed. He was fined $3,000 and served a one-year probation. Worse, it has been “unearthed” that he allegedly harassed a receptionist, making repeated remarks about her body that were sexual in nature. While he did not admit guilt, he agreed to a settlement with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry and paid the woman $127,000 in order to remain innocent, don’t you see?

Believe this, Walter is being smeared all across the globe after paying $50,000 to obtain a permit to shoot a lion. He claims he didn't know "Cecil" was lured out of his sanctuary, but don’t worry. Zimbabwe officials are searching for the loathsome Palmer with a vengeance. His two guides have already appeared in court on poaching charges and each could face two to three years in prison. The shooter could get worse and, yes, the United States has an extradition treaty with Zimbabwe.

According to a quickly-hired public relations firm, Palmer is back in Minnesota and expressed deep remorse. “I had no idea that the lion I took was a known, local favorite, was collared (with a GPS device) and was part of a study. I relied on the expertise of my local professional guides to ensure a legal hunt,” he said.

Wildlife officials found the deliberately damaged GPS near Cecil’s remains and a conservation group claims the guides, with Palmer’s full knowledge, strapped a dead animal to their vehicle in order to lure Cecil out of the popular Hwange National Park. “The saddest part of all is that now that Cecil is dead, the next lion in the hierarchy…will most likely kill Cecil’s cubs so he can insert his own bloodline into the females,” one official explained.

Over 600 pictures, ranging from bloodied hands to Cecil’s graphic remains, are posted online. Further, there are pictures of his house, his family and his office. At the front door of his office are dozens of stuffed animals, but the worst is the assault of the National Choir of Public Opinion on the “River Bluff Dental” page. Here’s a sampling of over 6,000 posts that have appeared in less than two days:

-- “Supporting this man and his practice is supporting the murder of living creatures. I wouldn't want this man working on my teeth and gums.  He probably doesn't use any anesthetic so he can get his thrills hearing you scream in pain.  Any orphaned children you can buy to hunt down while you're at it? Do the human race a favor and kill yourself you rotten, pathetic, sorry excuse for a human being.” Elissa, Cary NC

-- Here's what I look for in a healthcare professional:  a disgusting and thorough lack of compassion, sociopathic tendencies, a vile propensity for torture of the innocent, a bombastic self-importance, a demented and narcissistic sense of fun, a self-serving and egocentric disposition, a knack for betraying others' trust, a history of lying to officials, a criminal record, and most of all a smug mug. I found all that in Dr. Walter Palmer at River Bluff Dental! I don't give many 5-star reviews, so you know that Dr. Palmer really fits the bill!  With Dr. Palmer at his best, your soul will be black, your hands will be bloody, your head will spin, your stomach will turn, and your heart will hurt, but hell if your teeth won't be white!!!!” – Christine, Los Angeles.

-- “Dr. Palmer, you are a pathetic piece of garbage! Please help me to understand the joy you get in killing a beautiful lion with a crossbow? I mean, you feel pain, don't you? How can you be such a cruel human being to not understanding the enormous mount of pain that poor lion felt when your arrow ripped through his flesh. I am just blown away by the lack of compassion for a living animal. I wish the worst for you. I wish that during the end years of your life, that you suffer immense pain prior to your last breath, so that maybe you might have a little understanding of what all of the beautiful animals you have killed,  felt. You are a disgrace to humanity.” – Junie, Lookout Mtn. TN

-- “The world HATES YOU!!!!.... You piece of garbage!. I hope you disappear from this earth, your useless you murderer!!... I hope you die a slow and very painful death and burn in hell for killing these poor beautiful creatures. You'll hide for the rest of your life like the ugly roach that you are!!” – Liz, Tarzana. CA.

-- “Dr. Palmer, I can only hope that when your time comes, karma takes over and puts you through even worse suffering, than what you did to Cecil the Lion. You are an evil man, a coward. Dare I say some sort of devil. You will get your comeuppance and many, MANY people will dance with joy.” – Andrea, New York City.

-- “Humans were made hunters, but for self feeding. Abhor any person that kills for self amusement or vanity. We denominate a person that kills for vanity... terrorist. If we lived in a far-sighted society, as such Dr Palmer should be prosecuted.” – Massimo, Birmingham, AL

-- “At this point Walter needs to be shipped back to Zimbabwe, and put in a Wild Life park so that someone can hunt HIM down for 40 hours with a cross bow and see how tough and macho he is. The fact that someone actually married this guy and had a family with him is BEYOND ME. Either way if you end up in or out of jail, U.S or International, the probability of you being ‘hunted’ is pretty high. Good luck.” -- Mary, Boston.

-- “Personally, I choose to leave my dentistry work to non-murderers. There's just less of a liability.
Palmer has shown that he lacks the moral character to continue as a licensed dentist. I look forward to hearing about his future career as an inmate.” – Lisa, Austin TX

-- “Needed a tooth extracted, so Dr. Palmer shot me in the neck with a crossbow, chased and tracked me for 40 hours, and (once I collapsed from pain and exhaustion) removed my entire head and skinned me. Best part, they accept my insurance!!” Drew, Ardome, PA

-- “The irony is that the lion had the courage...but it was the dentist who was a cowardly animal. The wizard can't help you now.” – Shane, Boulder, CO

-- “You do know the internet is going to drive you to suicide, right? Just do it now and make room for the next person you waste of space peace of (expletive). If Cecil had killed you no one would have given a (expletive) really, wouldn't even be in the paper. Thats how little you mean to the world.” – Cyber, Hollywood CA

-- “Your conduct is an abomination.  Killing a beautiful creature in such a cruel way is horrific.  My heart hurts.  Embarrassed that this heartless, sickening murderer is an American. Actions have consequences, my friend, and you and your business are about to experience that first hand.  Welcome to the age of social media, (expletive). RIP Cecil.” Bethany. Englewood, CO

-- “I'm sorry but nobody pays a couple of slack jawed locals $50,000 to make sure that the proper hunting permits are in order. You paid them $50,000 to produce the biggest lion in Africa, no questions asked.  And how did you not know the status Cecil  as you lured a protected lion out of a preserve? Your lies will only work against you.” Marco, Detroit

-- “The sociopathic big game "hunter" is scared now? Though a seasoned "hunter" he disingenuously protests ignorance and innocence, of knowing: 1. That he was so close to Hwange National Park, where Cecil was protected. 2. That they illegally lured him out of his protected environment. 3. That the safari operators he contracted with were disreputable. 4. That Cecil was collared, and protected as study subject on ending the hunt. To sum up: the lions have come home to roost, Palmer.” Mike, Ontario, Canada

--“May you and your name be associated with Cecil for an eternity. May everyone who loves animals forever remember you for what you are and represent. You may blow off all these comments, but you won't be able to shake the disgust and repulsion you and your name have earned. You may want to apologize to any family members, relatives and any offspring you produce since they're now stuck with being associated with you.” – Desiree, San Jose.

-- “I wish I had words for an evil twat like you but I do not. I only have a repertoire of four letter words …. However, I will be the big man and not use such words. I will say, however, you're a heartless... the term "man" or even "human" can not and will not, ever, apply to you. Even the word "animal" is too good for you. In the end, I'm back to a four letter word: You are (expletive).” – Joshua, Chicago

-- “Looks like I don't have to say a lot. I mean, literally, the whole U.S. hates you.” – Patrick, Denver

-- “I hope you get mangled by wild animals. I hope you get skinned by cannibals. I hope you get dismembered by savages. And I hope you burn in hell. You disgusting, putrid, vile excuse of a human being. Anyone that has the audacity to harm an animal as majestic as this lion should get more torture than a medieval slave.” Phillip, Brentwood, TN

-- “Sincerely wishing that we lived in a world where a lion could also catch an intercontinental flight, ambush this disgusting piece of  garbage outside a restaurant, shoot him between his eyes and fly back to Africa with his ugly head in a suitcase. Walter Palmer is the most hated American today for a reason. Don't trust this murderer!”Dri, Washington DC

-- “Shame on you does not go far enough. In any language, we all know and have heard you will reap 10,000 times what you have sewn. And Karma has a way of dope-slapping you.  May you and yours rot forever.” JK, Brookline, MA

-- “Does it matter that the lion was famous?  Does it matter that he had a permit? Walter James Palmer is another sad example of sub-humanity. Most of us would give anything to see a lion in the wild, but occasionally you get a sicko like Walter James Palmer who can't think beyond killing it.” – Travis, Las Vegas

-- “You pathetic loser. You do not deserve to live and I hope you die a miserable death. Hrrrm lets see: 1) severe stroke; 2) HIV; 3) Hepatitis C; 4) Genital Warts & Herpes; 5) metastatic cancer. Karma is a b**** and there goes your business.” – Glenn, Ft. Lauderdale.

-- “Monster.  Murderer.  Egomaniacal privileged miscreant. I'm certain that your karmic return on investment will be overwhelming.  I pray it is.” – Luke, Croatsville, PA
