A First Tennessee Bank was robbed Monday morning.
At approximately 11:35 a.m., the Chattanooga Police Department responded to the First Tennessee Bank at 4430 Highway 58 for a robbery.
Officers learned that a white male entered the bank and presented a teller with a note which stated he had a firearm and to give him cash. The teller complied with the demands of the suspect and gave him an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect did not display a weapon and no one was injured. The suspect fled in a dark-colored sedan heading north on Highway 58. Officers searched the area but could not locate a potential suspect.
