Jerrene Yvonne Land, 79, of McDonald, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
She was a member of Pine Hill Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ethel Rapier; son, Michael Land; two sisters, Doris Higdon and Wilma Wilson; and two brothers, Elmer Rapier and James Rapier.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Kenneth Land; son, Terry Land and wife Kay; two granddaughters, Sheena Corbett and husband Heath and Tracy Cimo and husband Andre’; grandson, Trevor Land; five sisters, Louis Clark, Becky Clabo, Kate Osment, Frances Dillard and Jessie Barker; and one brother, Steve Rapier.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311 with Pastor David Beatty officiating. Interment will follow the service in Fort Hill Cemetery. Chris Barker, Josh Barker, Joel McGee, Charlie Rapier, Larry Rapier, Joe Rapier, Randy Rapier and Tony Clabo will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday, July 23 at the funeral home before the service.
