Andy “Tank” Land, 46, of Rocky Face, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015.
Andy was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in LaFayette. For 19 years, he was a fireman for the city of Fort Oglethorpe, where he rose to the rank of sergeant.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Andrew Land, Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tracey Callaway Land; daughter, Katelyn Land; step-daughter, Erin Cook; son, Drew Land; step-sister, Joy Lynn Didenko; parents, Janie and Randy Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel will be Friday, July 24 at 2 p.m. with Rev. R.D. Wallin officiating. Interment will follow in the Corinth Cemetery, LaFayette.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, July 24 from 12-2 p.m.
