Erna Faye Thornton, 76, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died on Monday, July 20, 2015.
She attended Faith Baptist Church. Faye worked as a Sergeant at Taft Youth Development Center until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nevan and Ina Elizabeth Rainy Johnson; and sons, Mark and Ronnie Bradley.
She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Bradley, Lebanon, Lisha Bradley, Pikeville and Jennifer Thornton, Sparta; son, Casey Troglin, Pikeville; sister, Alice (Ralph) Ryan, New Haven, MI; brother, Willie Ray (Mary) Johnson, Pikeville; grandchildren, Shavon (Anthony) Giaconia, Brian (Sarah) Bradley, Josh Bradley, Derrick Bradley, Caleab Louallen and Jacob Troglin; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
A Celebration of Faye’s life will be Friday, July 24 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Doyle Ashburn and Bro. Milton Kerr officiating. Burial will be in Blackburn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 22 from 5-9 p.m. CDT, and Thursday, July 23, from 2-9 pm.
