Tiffany Smith, 15, of Pikeville, died on June 30, 2015.

She was a member of New Martin Church of God. Tiffany attended Bledsoe County High School where she completed her freshman year.

She was peceded in death by her aunt, Kathy Cooley; her sister's child, Baby Crail, and niece, Jemmah Smith.

Survivors include her parents, Andy and Sheryle Smith, of Pikeville; brothers, Justin (Caitlin) Smith, Spencer, Caleb (Shae) Smith, Pikeville; sister, Brittany (Andrew) Crail, Pikeville; grandparents, Teddy and Lucille Smith, Pikeville, Wendell and Yvonne Harris, Dayton, Bob and Helen Smith, Pikeville; uncles Brian Harris, Jody (Ann) Smith, Ricky (Amy) Smith, Jeff (Priscilla) Smith, Tim (Stephanie) Smith; aunts Pat (Michael) Smith, Tonya (John) Privett, three nephews, one niece, and several cousins.

Services will be on Friday, July 3, at 1 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Clifford Waters and Reverend Jeff Armstrong officiating. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 1, from 6-9 p.m. and Thursday, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
