Gallaher, Brian Everett (Cleveland)

Brian Everett Gallaher, 37, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015.

He was a 1996 graduate of Bradley Central High School and a 2000 graduate of Lee University. Brian received his masters of music trumpet performance from Lee University in 2010. He was a well-known musician in the Cleveland and Chattanooga area and was the band teacher at Ocoee Middle School, assisting also with the Walker Valley High School Marching Band. Brian was a member of the Westmore Church of God where he served as orchestra coordinator and member as well as director of the youth orchestra. He was a devoted family man who loved his family. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Carolina Bright Holloway and Jack Everett Holloway; and paternal grandfather, Bryan Keith Gallaher.

Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Jaclyn Watkins Gallaher of Cleveland; children, Sean Everett Gallaher and Katelyn Marie Gallaher; parents, Terry and Sharon Holloway Gallaher of Cleveland; brother, Casey Sean Gallaher and wife, Hollie of Cleveland; niece and nephew, Sadie and Easton Gallaher; paternal grandmother, Betty Haney Gallaher of Cleveland; father and mother-in-law, J. Michael Watkins and Denise Smith Watkins of Cleveland; brother-in-law, John Watkins of Nashville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service was conducted on Monday, June 29, at Westmore Church of God with Dr. Mark Williams, Pastor Jason Browning, Pastor Kelvin Page and Pastor Wendell Smith officiating.
