President Of Realtor Association And Family Were Starting On Vacation When They Were Caught In Deadly Wreck

The president of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors was starting out on vacation with his wife, Tina, and their two children when they got caught up in last Thursday’s deadly crash along I-75.
 
Six people were killed and six others injured.
 
The Close family, including children ages six and 12, was able to escape injury.
 
They were in a 2015 Toyota Tundra.
 
Mr.
Close, who is from Signal Mountain, said, “On the evening on Thursday, June 25th, my family and I witnessed a horrific event that will forever live in our minds. We are very lucky to have survived this terrible incident, and our hearts go out to the crash victims, their families and friends, and everyone else affected by this wreck.
 
"I appreciate the community’s interest in our well-being and look forward to learning more about law enforcement's findings in this crash investigation.”
