Philip Royal
Orange Grove Center announced new personnel in the Augustus McCravey Health Care Clinic.
Philip Royal has been named director of Health Care Services and assumed his new duties on June 1. Mr. Royal, a 19-year veteran of Orange Grove, was most recently the assistant director for Intermediate Care Facilities. He earned a business degree from Lee University in Cleveland. Mr. Royal oversees all operations of the Augustus McCarvey Health Care Clinic, which provides primary care services for approximately 400 patients. The clinic focuses on comprehensive, flexible, patient-driven care using all methods and technologies available to its practitioners. Additionally, the clinic serves as a site for teaching and research, partnering with colleges and organizations to better design and meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and/ or developmental disabilities.
Tina Fox joins the McCravey Health Care Clinic as a family nurse practioner. Ms. Fox comes to Orange Grove from Memorial Hospital where she worked as a staff nurse. Ms. Fox obtained her master’s degree in nursing from Southern Adventist University. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia. Her clinical practice includes diagnosing and treating a wide variety of medical conditions, as well as helping to manage and coordinate care for patients with chronic diseases. She works closely with Dr. Randy Heisser, who, in addition to his private practice, serves as medical director for the clinic.
