Convicted Sex Offender Jonathan Francis, 47, Charged With Solicitation Of A Minor

A convicted sex offender from Hamilton County has been arrested, after he went to Cleveland on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. to meet who he thought was a 13-year-old boy, but was actually an undercover Cleveland Police Department police detective and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigator, Cody Hinson.

The offender went to the scene where he expected to meet the minor for sex and instead encountered the Cleveland Police Department's Special Investigations Unit who had been waiting for him.

The offender, identified as Jonathan Francis, 47, (Alias: Stacy Tray Grimsley) was taken to the Cleveland Police Department for questioning and then transported to the Bradley County Justice Center and charged with solicitation of a minor.
