3rd Annual CGLA Neighborhood Carnival To Take Place Saturday

The 3rd Annual Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy's Neighborhood Carnival will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the CGLA main parking lot, 1802 Bailey Ave., enter off of Union or Hawthorne Ave.  

Officials said, " Our goals it to continue to engage families and the entire neighborhood with our  school as a hub for the community.  This event is not limited to students and families of CGLA, it is open to the entire community."

Carnival goers can enjoy hot dogs, funnel cakes, cotton candy snow cones, candied apples,
games, arts and crafts, a petting zoo, face painting, cake walk, music and door prizes.  All proceeds will benefit academic and enrichment programs at CGLA.

Officials said, " We would like to give a Big Top Salute to our Sponsors: Chattanooga Bakery; Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum; Coca-Cola; Pin Strikes; Brewhaus; Double Decker Bus Tour; Allied Waste; and several individual donors.
