3-Day Summer Temps For Teens Certification Program Offered This Week

The City of Chattanooga’s Department of Youth & Family Development is offering work-readiness training for teenagers between the ages of 16-19 to help prepare them in securing summer employment. 

They will be certified in the requisite skills and knowledge to secure a job and be a reliable, exceptional employee.

Those involved will be Chattanooga teenagers; Youth and Family Development Administrator Lurone “Coach” Jennings, Assistant Director of Programs Gary Rudolph and Career Development Coordinator Angela Daniels.

The program will be on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 554 McCallie Avenue, Chattanooga, Tn. 37402.
