Bass Pro Shop Surprise - And Response

To the East Ridge mayor, council, and city attorney on the Bass Pro Shop surprise: "D'oh!"

Could the mayor explain just exactly what he meant when he said "the cost might be an eligible cost for the border region plan which would allow it to be reimbursed?"  

Reimbursed from whom? Are you suggesting taxpayers from other areas should be on the hook for this debacle?
