Cooking Classes Start At Crossroads On April 18

Crossroads' Cooking Classes will be starting on April 18, and will be every third Saturday of the month at noon for two to three hours.
 
Each class is $40 per person, including ingredients and food to enjoy after.

The classes will be Saturday, April 18May 16June 20 and July 18.

The menu for this Saturday is:

1. Shanghai Dumplings
2. Malay Curry Chicken with potatoes & spices
3. Steam "Swai" Fish Fillet with tomatoes & ginger
4. Stir Fry Vegetables with mushrooms & bell peppers

The spring menu will run for three weeks but there will be specials on the weekend and two kinds of soup daily. There are stir fry noodles on Friday for lunch.
