Hallie Geneva Easterly, 81, of Dunlap, TN, died on Friday, April 24, 2015 at her home surrounded by family and loved ones.
Mrs. Easterly was born in Dunlap and a native of Sequatchie County.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Mildred Brown; son, Roger L. Easterly; and sister, Charlene Teague.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Charles M. Easterly Sr. of Dunlap; sons, Charles "Bo" (Denise) Easterly, Leroy Easterly, David (Misty Smith) Easterly, all of Dunlap; daughters, Kay Easterly, Michaelene (Kirk) Rogers, Janice Easterly, all of Dunlap, Joyce (Ben) Harwood of Pikeville, Charlotte (John) O'Barr, of Chattanooga, sisters Danna Chambers, Chatsworth and Rosa Cartwright of Dunlap; brother, Charles Lee Brown, Whitwell; 27 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; great-great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, in Ewton Funeral Home chapel with burial to follow in Rogers Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Saturday, April 25 at the Ewton Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
