Eldred Adams, 87, of Chatsworth, GA, passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by a son, Steve Adams; parents, Barney & Annis Adams; and sister & brother-in-law, Aletha & Doyle Brown.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Rosetta Adams of the residence; son & daughter-in-law, Darrell & Lynn Adams of Flintstone, GA; grandchildren, Brandi Ciha of Chatsworth and Kimberley Wilson of Phoenix, AZ; great-grandchildren, Kiera, Brittany and Brianna Ciha, Sadie and Kaleb Wilson, Gabriel and Jacob Dodgen; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for Mr. Adams will be held Monday, April 27, at 3 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Timothy Parker officiating. Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 27 from 1:30-3 p.m.
